Adore (Mondrian) Visualizer Download
Third Party Tools (Pharo)
- Download a complete Pharo distribution:
- Download Website: http://www.pharo-project.org/pharo-download
- It should include image, sources and virtual machine download.
- Install Pharo:
- Create a new directory (e.g.,
Pharo) - Unzip all previously downloaded file into this directory
- Run the Pharo image:
- Drag'n drop the
pharo…/pharo…imageinto the Squeak Virtual Machine icon - (Or do whatever your operating system asks you to do to run this image).
Adore Visualizer Set Up
- Left click on the workspace background, and select
Workspace - Copy/paste the installation code in the
Shout Workspacewindow- (This code is available here: Adore page on the Moose website)
- Select the pasted text in the window, right-click and choose
Do It- (or alternatively do something similar to
Cmd-D).
- The framework will automagically load all the dependencies
- (as a consequence, it can take a long time to retrieve everything from the network).
- Optional: Class Browser customisation.
- Left click on the workspace background, and select
Class Browserfrom theWorldmenu. - click on the top-left icon to activate a menu
- Select
Choose new default Browser - Pick the
O2PackageBrowserAdaptorone
- Do not forget to
Savethe image before leaving Pharo.
Adore Visualizer Update
- Open a
Class Browser- We assume you've picked the
O2PackageBrowserAdaptorbrowser as default one.
- Find the
Adorepackage- Right-click on this package, and select
Monticello / update - Select the dependency you want to update (e.g.,
http://squeaksource.com/Adore)
